FARM HOUSE EQUIPMENT (Nick Nichols Enterprises) offers several groups of farm tractors, equipment, and implements for sale to our customers. These include a full line of tractors and farming attachments by KIOTI, Mahindra, Rankin, and other farm machinery sources. In addition, Farm House Equipment is a dealer for the Grasshopper line of zero turn lawn mowers and mower attachments, including snowblowers and aerators. Husqvarna offers many hand held land maintenance tools such as chain saws, trimmers, lawn tractors, zero turn mowers, blowers, sprayers to mention a few items. This business is located near Ethel, WA on US Highway 12, 7.5 miles east of I-5 at exit 68. The original foundation of the Nick Nichols business continues to be as a used car and truck dealer. We are proud to offer the KIOTI tractor, Mahindra tractor , Huqvarna, and Grasshopper mower to our customers and friends!
Farm House Equipment, a trade name of Nick Nichols Enterprises, retails the KIOTI tractors, Grasshopper lawn mowers, Mahindra utility tractors and Rankin lines at 11 Pence Rd, near Suntides in Yakima, WA. These farm tractors and tractor equipment are suitable for use as garden equipment, agricultural equipment, and construction equipment.
The service and parts end of the business is provided to our customers through our associated organization, Norpac Maintenance & Repair which handles all aspects of supporting the retail activities of Nick Nichols Enterprises and Farm House Equipment. Norpac Maintenance & Repair is located next to Nick Nichols.
Our association with Rankin gives us dealer level access to other bands: Worksaver, Simak, SpeeCo, Hub City, Weasler, Paladin, Bradco, Harley, Major, McMillen, Sweepster, and FFC and many replacement parts. Through this network we handle tractor, and associated agricultural equipment such as tiller, "brush hogs", grapples, bachhoes, box scrapers, tillage equipment, rakes, plows, and harrows to mention a few. Used tractors and used farm equipment are available as part of the tractors for sale business.
An outgrowth of the long history of serving used cars and trucks in a rural area was extensive work with larger trucks, hydraulics, farm equipment and the needs of customers needing those services. Becoming a retailer of tractors, implements and later high quality mowers was a natural progression for our business. We saw what was offered and chose the best. We offer service to our customer base over a 300 mile range, including Tacoma and Seattle, WA, Portland, OR and surrounding areas, Hood River, Forest Grove, Molalla, Mcminnville, Estacada and Heppner, Oregon. We are Mahindra, Kioti and Grasshopper dealers and excited about the service we offer to our customers in the Yakima and Ethel, Washington areas. When a customer purchases any of our product line items, that customer is entitled to preferred rates and services in any of our shops for any vehicle that he/she owns.
